Welcome to the OASIS website. We have designed this website to help you quickly and easily test the level of your use of alcohol or cocaine.

The tests will give you a score and recommendations based on this score as well as tips to reduce the harms associated with using either of these substances.

If the tests indicate problem use of either drug you may decide that you want to take action to sort this out. If you do we have designed an online tool to support you through this step-by-step.

This self-help program is free and anonymous and will help you to reach any goals you set yourself whether you want to reduce your use or stop altogether. The goals you choose are up to you!

We are constantly trying to improve the quality of this programme and started a research. There is a chance that we invite you to participate by -anonymously- filling in a questionnaire. We hope you are willing to contribute.

Welkom op de website van OASIS. We hebben deze website ontwikkeld zodat je snel en makkelijk de mate van je alcohol- of cocaïnegebruik kan testen.

Deze test je gebruik-tests geven je een score. Op basis van deze score krijg je aanbevelingen en tips om de risico's van je gebruik te verminderen.

Als uit de tests blijkt dat je riskant gebruikt kan je besluiten hier wat aan te gaan doen. Als je daartoe besluit dan helpt de door ons ontworpen online cursus je om het stap voor stap aan te pakken.

Deze zelfhulpcursus is gratis en anoniem. Het helpt je om de door jezelf gestelde doelen te bereiken. Dat kan zijn minderen of stoppen. De keuze is aan jou!

We zijn continue bezig de kwaliteit van deze cursus te verbeteren. Hiervoor zijn we een onderzoek gestart. Het kan zijn dat je gevraagd wordt hier anoniem mee te werken. We hopen dat je hieraan wilt bijdragen door de vragenlijst in te vullen.
